  • There are no refunds on salt and chlorine packages (Pool Opening Packages)
  • All Other Refunds are credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit card

Pool Openings Terms and Conditions

Customer agrees to:

  • have pool ready for our arrival by 8:00 AM on the date of your service.
  • There will be an additional $75.00 service fee charged for any pool that is confirmed but not ready on our arrival.
  • Coupons and Credits are for in-store retail purchases only
